Injector Testing for Cummins M-11 & N-14, ISM, ISX & New Style and QSK Injectors.  Caterpillar C10, C11, C12, C13, C-15, C16, 3196 & 3406E Injectors. Detroit Diesel E3, Detroit Diesel Series 60 Injectors. Scania R Series & Volvo E3 Injectors.

Common Rail & Heui Injectors Testing:

We Test For:  Fuel Delivery At Various RPMS, Fuel Atomization, Nozzle Operation, Return Fuel Flow, Solenoid Operation.

Professional Gasoline Injector Cleaning & Flow testing machine:

We Test Injectors for Resistance, shorts, & Current Draw. We Put the Injectors Through Our Ultrasonic Tank Using Different Cleaning Solutions.  A High Pressure Back-Flush is Now Done To Remove Any Remaining Particles Inside. Back to the Flow Bench for Retesting of Spray Pattern, Flow Rate, Coil resistance, & Leak Testing.
